This work includes polymer synthesis optimization, characterization methodology development, molecular weight assessment, purification strategy refinement and manufacturing scalability assessments as part of Onco-Innovations’ chemistry, manufacturing and controls (CMC) strategy.
The company stated that these activities are intended to establish a scalable, reproducible and analytically characterized polymer platform to support future formulation, manufacturing, regulatory and clinical development.
